I also keep voice recordings of sessions for thorough record keeping. We also maintain records about your health and any treatment or care you have received previously. This information is only used to provide optimal treatment and to comply with legal obligations relating to health services. It will not be used for marketing or advertising purposes and will only be processed as required or permitted by law.
We may need to share your information to provide advice, reports, analyses or services that you have requested. Where we share your information, we will take all precautions to ensure that the third party will treat your information with the same level of protection, as required. Your information may be hosted on servers managed by a third-party service provider, which may be located outside of South Africa.
Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to request access to your information for corrections, erasure or restrictions with processing of information. You may also withdraw consent for use of your personal information.
