Each therapeutic intervention is tailored to the need of the client(s). An initial session is booked to identify the client(s) main challenges and/or needs. The proposed intervention strategy, is then discussed and agreed upon. Psychological sessions are typically between 50 to 60 minutes. The frequency and number of sessions, will be determined according to the client’s needs and the presenting complaint.

My practice is contracted with most medical aids. Fees are aligned to medical aid rates, and adjusted in January of each year. Clients can pay by means of medical aid, which will be claimed directly from your medical aid. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their medical aid covers the services rendered. Should your funds be depleted, you will be responsible for the outstanding balance. Alternatively, clients that do not have medical aid, or whose medical aid does not cover the services, can pay for the services in cash. Upon receival of the invoice, clients have 30 days to settle the bill in full.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made not later than 24 hours prior to appointments. If you fail to do so, you will be billed for the session missed, which cannot be claimed from your medical aid. Each case will be considered on merit.
